"Road to 56 is a mishmash of a lot of different mods and adds a ton of new content to the game. For when you get to a point where you're looking at different mods, I would suggest - in order of "Idleness likes them in this order":ġ) Kaiserreich - this is basically a new game within the HOI4 framework, lots to learn in order to git gud but very immersive so it's an enjoyable learning curve Yeah, vanilla should keep you busy for a while and, even if it didn't, there will be a gap between the expansion today and the big mods being compatible.
